Who is this for?
This is for children dealing with a wide variety of sleep struggles including but not limited to difficulty falling asleep on their own, no consistent nap schedule, middle of the night wakings, and early morning wakings.
What is included?
– Detailed intake form regarding current sleep habits, schedule, and goals
– Up to 60-minute consultation via phone
– Detailed written sleep plan emailed to you within 48 hours after the consultation
– Daily email support and sleep log review (Up to 3 email responses per day) for the selected period.
One-week Cost: $195
Two-week Cost: $295
Please Note: For children who currently co-sleep, or have a parent lay with them while they fall asleep I recommend the 2-week option unless you would like assistance getting started and are very comfortable continuing on your own. Ending co-sleeping is a very achievable goal, but often parents prefer a more gradual approach, which takes a good bit of time. This is especially true for children over 18 months of age.
