One-on-One Coaching

Working with families one-on-one is my greatest joy as a baby sleep consultant. My job is to equip you to be your child’s sleep teacher.  As a parent, you are on the front lines of bedtime and 3:00 am wakings. Sometimes, you know where you want to go, but aren’t quite sure how to get there effectively. You just know that you need someone in your corner who can encourage you and advise you on your next steps.

I can’t hand you magic sleeping dust or a cup of coffee. But, I can help you firm up your child’s sleep foundation and cheer you on as you work with your child.

Daily Support (4 Months – 3 Years): 

There are two options: two weeks or four weeks of daily support. For the duration of our time together, you will have me just an email away. No question is too small!

What you get: 

  • One 60-minute phone consultation. We will discuss your child’s sleep work together to create an action plan made with your unique child in mind. 
  • Your child’s action plan in writing and sent to you via email
  • A sleep-log you can use to track your child’s progress, ask questions, and get feedback
  • Unlimited email support Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)*
  • Unlimited text support Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST)
  • One optional 15-minute phone call during support period (Two calls for four week plan)
*all emails received within business hours will be responded to same-day
 How long it will take to see the change you desire varies greatly depending on a variety of factors such as age, child’s sleep struggle, and plan chosen. Nighttime sleep often improves greatly in as little as 1-2 weeks while naps may take 3-4 weeks to show consistent improvement. 15

Newborns (0-3 Months)

Adding a new baby to your family is a time of excitement! It is also often a time of overwhelm. Without a doubt, it is often a time of little sleep! 

This offering is designed to be your companion through those first early weeks and months. You will learn everything you need to know to start creating a solid sleep foundation for your little one from the very beginning. 

What does this mean? We talk about the following: 

  • Normal newborn sleep – what to expect in the first 3 months
  • Strategies to soothe baby when fussy
  • Wake times and how to use them to prevent overtiredness
  • Slowly and gently teaching independent sleep from the beginning – starting with one nap a day
  • Transitioning out of the swaddle
  • Safe sleep

Please note that I follow the AAP safe sleep guidelines, which include baby sleeping in his/her own sleep space. 

Because building a solid sleep foundation is a slow, gradual process with a newborn, this plan provides you with 4 weeks of support. What does that look like? 

  • One 60 minute phone consultation to talk about all of the above, answer your questions, and teach you my plan for slowing teaching independent sleep
  • Unlimited email support Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
  • Unlimited text support Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
  • A sleep log you can use to track your child’s progress, ask questions, and get feedback. I will review it daily! 
  • Two optional 15-minute phone calls during support period
  • Me in your corner cheering you through the newborn period. It is hard, but you have got this! 

Please note that I follow the AAP safe sleep guidelines, which include baby sleeping in his/her own safe sleep space.
