What is included?
– Detailed intake form regarding current sleep habits, schedule, and goals
– Up to 60-minute consultation via phone
– Detailed healthy sleep habits plan emailed to you within 48 hours after the consultation
– 7 business days of email support (Up to 3 responses per day), must be used before 4 months of age (adjusted)
Please Note: This is sleep shaping and not sleep training. I do not recommend starting sleep training until a child is a minimum of 4 months of age corrected. I do, however, recommend creating a healthy sleep foundation as early as possible! The more work you do early on, the less you will need to do later.
