My goal is that at the end of the process, your child will be developing healthy sleep habits that will provide the foundation for a lifetime of restful sleep! If you are a new client, you have several options to chose from, ranging from 2 weeks of daily support to a single phone conversation.

As children grow, their sleep needs and patterns change and sometimes you may run into a bump in the road. For my previous clients, I offer special discounted packages just for you.

How One-On-One Consultations Work

When you submit your registration form, within a few minutes you will receive an email containing some paper work. Once you submit the paper work, you’ll receive a link to my online calendar and will be able to pick a date for your phone consultation!

During the phone consultation, we’ll pick a date to start your child’s sleep plan. Two days prior to your chosen start date, you’ll receive a detailed sleep plan customized for your child.

Please note: In order to maximize your child’s success, I recommend that you chose a  period of time when you do not have any travels coming up, out of town visitors, or other big disruptions to your regular schedule for about a 2-3 week period. Consistency on your end is the most important ingredient to the sleep training process.
