My goal is that at the end of the process, your child will be developing healthy sleep habits that will provide the foundation for a lifetime of restful sleep!

How One-On-One Consultations Work
After you register, I will send you paperwork including an intake form detailing your child’s current sleep and schedule. This form will guide our phone conversation. Once I receive the intake form back, we will schedule your phone consultation.
Within 48 hours of our phone call, you will receive a detailed written sleep plan and will start to implement it on our chosen date, typically within a week. I will then be available to you to answer questions and provide encouragement for the duration of your chosen support period and will be your biggest cheerleader!
Please note: In order to maximize your child’s success, I recommend that you chose a period of time when you do not have any travels coming up, out of town visitors, or other big disruptions to your regular schedule for about a 2-3 week period. Consistency is the most important ingredient to the sleep training process.
The consultation package are broken down by age. There is also an email only option for parents of children 0-5 years old. If you are looking for a small group option, I host online workshops a few times a year.
